The product loop runs through observe → plan → act, all running continuously, with reflect & learn embedded. Inside each are smaller loops — every one its own blend of human and agent (a few shown per phase; there are many more).
Read it: each ring is one loop, split into human (teal) and agent / automation (amber) in its real proportion — now big enough to read the blend. Observe skews human and act skews machine, though this varies by project and team. The loops shown are indicative, and deliberately staggered because they don't run in lockstep; ring size hints at how often a loop turns.
